Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
For hygiene reasons, used personal care products cannot be returned.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
